How to Make iPhone Ringtones
1) Open up iTunes on you computer
2) Put ringtone DVD in your CD drive that you purchased from www.thebootcd.com
3) Go to MP3 ringtones folder on DVD
4) Choose song you would like to have as a ringtone
5) Drag & drop that song from the DVD to your iTunes Music Folder
6) Right Click on the song within iTunes
7) Click “Create AAC Version”
8) A new song will show up
9) Right Click on that new song & Select “Get Info”
10) Click on the “Options” tabs
11) Look at the Start & Stop time, if it’s less than 30 secs your good, just click “cancel” at the bottom & skip to step 14
12) If the time is longer than 30 secs, set the Start Time to 0:00 & Stop Time to 0:30, click “OK” at the bottom
13) Now right click on the song you just changed the time to & select ” Create AAC Version”
14) On the new song right click & select “Show in Windows Explorer”
15) A new window pops up with that song in it
15) Right click on that song & change the file extension from .mfa to .mfr
16) A window will pop up that says “if you change the file extension it may become unusable” Click YES
17) Double click on the new .m4r file
18) It should automatically pop up in your ringtones section of iTunes
19) Now sync your iPhone
20) When the sync is complete check your iPhone settings/sounds/ringtone. It should show up at the top
